i recently stayed at the westist hotel & spa, special category for a romantic trip after a disappointing previous visit to istanbul. everything exceeded my expectations, from the beautiful decor to the warm service from the staff. the luxurious spa was a highlight, making our stay feel extra special.

Istiklal Street, providing great access to many restaurants and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my stay was comfortable. However, the room was a bit small for two people with luggage, which made moving around a bit cramped.

The friendly staff made my stay memorable, especially their willingness to accommodate my needs and provide spa access before my flight. The location near vibrant areas was ideal for exploring Istanbul.

Everything else felt subpar!!! The rooms were cramped, mattresses and pillows seemed ancient, and the view was quite disappointing. A more personalized touch for special occasions would elevate the experience significantly!!!

I was really impressed with the hospitality shown by the staff, especially this woman named Sinem, who upgraded my room for free! The hotel was also clean, like seriously clean, which is hard to find these days.

It wasn’t cheap, but for the experience and service, it was still tolerable.

The location is stellar, just a short walk from bustling streets filled with great restaurants. Staff were warm and spoke English well, ensuring I felt comfortable asking for help. The room layout was appealing but slightly cramped, making it difficult to move around with luggage. While the air conditioning functioned well, it was a bit noisy, which disrupted my sleep occasionally. I did enjoy the iced coffee available at the café, adding a refreshing touch to my mornings.
